I can still picture myself as a young teen, being handed a shot glass, filled to the brim by him. His eyes twinkling with mischief and that cheeky little smirk on his face. I loved the taste then, and I still love it now—it’s become part of my most cherished teen and adult memories, one Amaretto Sour after the next.
